Most payments are settled within 1 working day; however, the exact settlement timeline may vary based on the merchant’s agreement, transaction volume, and the payment method selected. All terms are clearly defined at the time of onboarding.

Yes, AssanPay follows industry-standard security protocols, including OTP verification, encrypted transactions, and secure redirection for every payment.

  1. Open the AssanPay app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm, select a reason for leaving, and submit your request.

You will be signed out on all devices immediately. Your account is then scheduled for permanent closure after a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, simply sign back in within those 30 days and choose Reactivate, your account will be fully restored. After 30 days the closure is permanent.
